Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. has appointed David Lazzarato CEO effective April 28, marking a major enhancement to its senior management team. Lazzarato will also be joining the board of directors. Boyd Craig, formerly president and CEO, assumes the position of co-executive chair and will remain a member of the board. Drew Craig is now co-executive chair of Craig Wireless.

Lazzarato has spent more than 20 years in senior management roles with public companies in the telecom, media and broadcasting, and aerospace industries. He brings extensive experience in strategy, operations, governance and finance. Most recently, Lazzarato served as executive VP and CFO of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. and chair of Motion Picture Distribution.
