Web-on-video marketers get together in Toronto
June 28, 2007 - 2:18pm Intertainment Media Inc., a Toronto firm specializing in new media marketing and owner of the EyeRockDigital.com branded video portal, made a move earlier this month to buy a minority stake in another Toronto company specializing in Web broadcasting. Intertainment will take a stake in DC NetCast Media Inc., which rolls out its 2Theater.com offering next month. Ad-supported 2Theater.com will feature full-length major film releases and network television programming - more than 500 titles in all - alongside viewer interaction features. David Lucatch, president and CEO of Intertainment, will also take a seat on DC NetCast Media's board as a result of the deal. |
