Montreal –headquartered OmniGlobe Networks Inc has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, RAMTelecom has been awarded a three-year contract by the Government of Canada for the provision, maintenance and operation of comprehensive Iridium satellite services and terminal equipment. The contract, which was awarded by Public Works and Government Services Canada following a competitive procurement process, has an estimated value of $2.1 million with an additional three one-year extension options.
