Active Control Technology Inc., a provider of advanced wireless communication, productivity and safety systems, today announced that Richard Hazell has resigned from its board of directors.

"Richard has been an avid supporter of the company over the past eight years, and we thank him for his friendship, valuable leadership and contributions", said Steve Barrett, Executive Chairman, in a statement.
