Telehop Communications Inc. has announced today that Stan Katz, the Company's COO/CMO, has resigned from the company effective November 30, 2009 to pursue other opportunities. Mr.Katz advised that he will remain on the Board of Directors as Acting Chairman. Mr. Katz will continue as a consultant to the company until February 2010 to assist in the transition.
